As an artist and author, I understand the transformative power of creative expression. I know firsthand how overwhelming and uncertain the divorce journey can feel—whether you’ve initiated it or not. For me, it felt like the rug was pulled out from beneath me.

When my marriage ended, I felt like I’d lost everything: my identity, my vision of family, financial security, and the life I thought I’d always have. Even with support from family and friends, I often felt alone, overwhelmed, and wished for someone who truly understood what I was going through—someone with the knowledge and experience to help me navigate both the emotional and logistical sides of divorce.

Determined not to stay stuck, I committed to my healing journey. I sought therapy, immersed myself in personal development, and became a certified divorce coach to better understand not just how to survive divorce, but how to rebuild and thrive.
